Astra Bukola Ohioma
Astra Ohioma is the founder of ACES. The idea for ACES came to her 2/4/6 from personal experiences with workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination. Based on her personal experiences a black professional in a predominantly white workspace, she came to understand the nuanced nature of HR departments and workplace investigations. ACES is Astra’s way of helping other black and colored people navigate the complexities of being silenced at work. In her spare time, Astra enjoys reading novels, spending quality time with family/friends, and engaging in justice-related activities.
